Apply glitter glue on the edge of the top petal of the flower and then attach sequin roses on top. Attach the finished flowers to the barrettes using power tape.

Apply glitter glue to the edge of the flower.

Using a glue gun attach the four organza flower layers to the sequin rose. Attach the finished flowers to the barrettes with power tape.
