Paint the cake napkins with Textil Silk. Let it dry. Apply a generous layer of decoupage lacquer onto the fabric. Put the cake napkin on top.

Apply a generous layer of decoupage lacquer on top. Let it dry. Fix with an iron.

The bucket hat is decorated with Neon Deco Fabric Markers and organza sequins. Apply a small blob of 3D-Liner, a flower on top and finally another blob of 3D-Liner.
